The last decade or so, he's been pretty lean and reasonably sized for his age. Way more fit than he was in the 90's. I'm sure he's probably jumped on a great anti-aging / HRT program. He's even leaner than 5 years ago -

He went through a period of anorexiaor bulimia. He lost weight to play Doc Holliday, who had tuberculosis, and he was always into fitness. He said he went through a depression when Meg Ryan left him and he struggled with anorexia.

Looks very good for 65 but he's always been in excellent shape. Unless he's been on gear for decades. He seemed to be one of those guys who were just naturally very lean and had a bit of size.

I remember the dude as always having abs, although BB says not so much in the 90s. Pretty diced back in the day in Breaking Away. Crazy skinny in The Big Easy. I even celebrated Dennis Quaid's leanness here on Getbig in my cult classic thread Celebrating The Leanness Of Dennis Quaid, which I am sure its four respondents remember fondly.

We should all look as good at 65 and be boning a 26yo, although mine will have more curves and less pointy elbows.

Even if you're 65+ you still want a younger cooch!

And Dennis Quad isn't the archetypical 65 year old either, much better shape than many.

Probably much better cardio and interest in sex than many 65 year olds.

I'm not even 60 and i would not have neither the cardio, stamina, energy or patience with a 20-year old.

Getting engaged makes having out-of-marriage sex/living together culturally acceptable for the woman.

She can believe the man has made a commitment to legalizing the relationship in the future.

Some people continue these relationships for many years, having children, etc. without the man ever actually making a real commitment.

Did you ever meet a couple who have been going out for 8-10 years without getting married?

If you haven't decided to marry someone (assuming both parties are adults) after a year or two of going out then you just aren't really in love with that person and should move on.

I'd believe nothing but hard work and moderate carbs.

On the other hand, they give out trt and gh like tic tacs in the US so why wouldn't you. And he is kinda funny looking which makes me wonder about a belly vac. Who shows no ribs and serratus and poor pectoral definition when they have vague abs standing relaxed? Maybe Quaid just does. And his neck is surprisingly respectable.

HE had good build at younger ages for yrs,,,saw interview with him and his neck was 'stallone'like very muscular looking 'rod 'neck veiny ,mel gibson yr or 2 ago did same thing popped up lean and better looking version of normal self,,

It's a sad sign in this drug permeated bodybuilding culture that people think you need PED's to look like Quaid at 65. Exercise and diet. Nothing more.
