That would be hilarious! The only reason these real fighters entertain the fat old man is because they are showing respect for their favorite childhood actor. It's embarrassing to admit but I was a member of the Steven Seagal Fan Club when I was a teenager. Had a white Steven Seagal t-shirt with a dragon on the back and an official fan member card. 
Although I think he's a tool and Aikido is a worthless Martial Art and he would get his ass kicked by an amateur MMA fighter I did like his early movies. Aikido was the first martial art I study at around 9 years old and watching it was very impressive. Even though I know it's all choreographed like pro wrestling it's still impressive to watch.
And he's one of the few actors that can legit handle a handgun.
I remember when his first movie came out. He was definitely different from the Van Damme, Jeff Speakman, Jackie Chan stuff. A lot more tossing guys around which always looks impressive on film. I love this scene back when he was skinny and had less hair.
