I prefer white physiques because I am white and can identify with it more. I agree there are blacks with awesome physiques as well.

I don't like Arnold's politics but at his peak he had the most aesthetic / powerful looking physique in my opinion with unparalleled proportions.

They have low body fat, but are not bigger. When you actually look at the size of their frames a big white guy is usually wider than a big black guy. There is a reason whites dominate strength sports and swimming. Wider shoulders, wider clavicles etc. Blacks have narrower hips which creates the illusion of a wider upper body. But the reality is they are more slender of build.

White muscle men tend to look more impressive in clothes (bigger frame/joints), blacks without.

Middle east/arabs have the best abs though and the orientals are killing it when it comes to legs.

Indians are the worst. Only thing going for them is the ability to grow thick pecs

I don't really think about bodybuilding in these terms.  There are white bodybuilders that I like and black bodybuilders I like.  

In my opinion nobody looked better than Arnold.  Shawn Ray was fantastic.  There's a lot of guys out there that inspired me to train..........but I mostly do it for the whores.

This is an excellent point. I’ve noticed a lot of black with great Type 2 muscle bellies have rounded shoulders.

That said, I’d go with white because it ages better. Oversized muscles look stupid on a middle aged man but a good structure is timeless.

Arnold amazing pecs and biceps in his prime. That 1/2 punch make him look impressive, but his sloped shoulders threw things off a bit.

Worst are Ethiopians and Kenyans. Those two races that wins everything in long distance running. Thinner, more lanky skeletal structure.

I’ve seen white guys like prime Jay Cutler, Eddie Robinson, Dorian Yates, Dennis Wolf, Bob Paris, Markus Ruhl, Berry Demey, Francis Benfatto, Paul Demayo, Arnold, Dennis Newman, Michael Francois, and Gunter Schlierkamp look amazing

Then black Guys like Phil Hill, Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, Shawn Ray, Chris Cormier, Vince Taylor, Orville Burke, Renel Janvier, Dexter Jackson, Aaron Baker, Ron Love, Sergio, and Flex Wheeler look like wise

Then Arabic guys like Momo, Samir, Nasser, and Big Ramy look great.


Each of those guys had a short time period where they looked insane.
