Yes - there is really no comparison between Ron and Don. Reagan was awesome. I think JFK was pretty good.
I think clinging to one team or the other is just about as dumb as one can be. The Democrats are now doing the very thing they bitched about with Clinton - and Bill ACTUALLY did commit an undeniable crime (unless you arent sure what “IS” is 😁.
I am economically strongly conservative - although I do think there are better uses of our money than the insane amount we use to find the military industrial complex. War is a means to control. We send our boys to fight / die / be maimed for life / or totally mentally wrecked because of the horrible shit we have to do in combat!!!! Then we give ourselves medals and honors and try to make it glorious. I was attracted to the life because of what I can now admit was a fckd up way of thinking. I do love the idea of the battlefield and closing with the enemy - but I also know that’s not normal. There are tons of reasons for war and I am not a pure isolationist - and I feel confident that I can discuss geo-political strategy with most anyone. I just think we have to be very careful with our warriors / and weapons.
If I were an alien (huh - imagine that shit) and were looking at this planet - I would think “these fckrs are all bat shit crazy. They kill each other over which ancient story they believe is true. They throw science out the window when they need to sit up the religious masses. But when convenient they use scientific misinformation to do the same thing!!!! They (human types) have this overwhelming NEED to be “right” and on the “winning side”.. so much so that they give their deities these same VERY mortal and pretty dumbass traits. They have “gods” that supposedly create mankind only to spend their entire lives being “tested” and if they fail - these “gods” send the souls to hell to suffer for ETERNITY. Then they talk about the righteousness of these gods?
Also - these gods have this very pathetic need to be worshipped constantly?? They are all powerful and creators of the universe with supreme wisdom, yet they need humans to praise them or they get jealous and destroy humanity..... These humans - are so stupid that they can’t see how the “elite” of their kind manipulates them into choosing one side or the other. And these American types specifically are SO DUMB that they can’t figure out that their political system is a ZERO SUM GAME??? Every four years they get all riled up and go fckn nuts over “their guy” and then spend the next four bitching and getting prepared to do it all over again??? No shit - that’s what they do!!
The most insane part of it is - and I’ve been able to see it since I am an outsider looking in - if they would just STOP bitching at each other for a minute they would see that for the most part they are very similar. The groups whining about being “ exploited” would wake up and realize that they are ALL being exploited!!
Things could change - instantly - if their eyes were opened. Not to some “truth” that someone can claim “I told you so” like a pathetic bitch. The REAL truth - inside everyone ALREADY.”
Anyway - that’s what I bet I would say if I was an alien.
