Did anyone ever figure out why Tom Platz was screaming at the top of his lungs?

I mean, I get it, nice triceps on priest and all, but was it really worth all that? Does he do the same prior to making love to a woman or right before cumming or is this just a phenomenon he would take to when seeing grown men pose in the mirror?

Seriously though, this is something I have made a thread about in the past... and even today in the magazines you see a duo team up to train together and the spotter is screaming and nutting out harder than the person actually doing the exercise.  Chris Lund was famous for that kind of behavior.  And for making his models wear gay ass short-shorts and flannel shirts with the sleeves ripped off.

Personally, I thought MoM and FARCE were pretty good for off the top o' my fat head... ;D

Insane when you think about it.  I thought Mustafa Mohammed had pretty similar looking quads in the early 2000's but his upper body grew pretty large as well.  It's weird how Platz never got very big upper body wise.

Yup.  Great legs.  Most guys get what look like inverted turnips but his legs were excellent.  His upper body wasn't bad but simply put, next to those legs the upstairs looked like the basement.

Like others during his time, he was robbed at least once.  Like Padilla and Paris, he would've made a very good Mr. Olympia.

I wonder what Tom thinks now with some many bbers waddling around with Platz-like quads that never bothered going bat-shit crazy training legs like that. Just a more gh, slin, genetics and grams of gear and there you go. No screaming, throwing weights, asking your partner to kill you.
