What a lame video. No pics of Peter but just nearly seven minutes of some guy saying the same thing over and over. It's not healthy to be big, commend him for posting pics when not in shape, great that he's thinking about himself.

"Rented muscle" Interesting way to put it. Muscles are temporary. Just how temporary depends on how you built them and where you started from. One can definitely lose them if they ignore them.

Yup, the kid in the video says "he lost tissue". No he didn't. (Like some people commented).
He lost temp water and glycogen bloat. No one "loses tissue" on a cleanout, especially if still training hard, takes many years to grow tissue (and lose it).(Not fat, lean muscle tissue).

Stuff shrinks, deflates, drains of fluids, tissue doesn't dissolve...
