ok now that it's all good...
I'm about to go to the gym and work back and shoulders again. My strength is kinda down from the cutting i did but my dumbell shoulder presses are at their strongest. 60's 6 good reps. When i work back first and at the end i do reverse pec deck followed by presses, followed by lateral raises it's making my shoulders look much better in a back double biceps. The posterior delts are finally coming up. I'm resting my 6 eggs, 2 packs of oatmeal, 4 oz milk shake before i go hit the weight hard. what kinda dumbells do you press superstar?
