You are correct, an insult is an insult - "yes some people here need to start acting their age and not their shoe size". I simply replied to his with one of my own. Besides, I don’t think you have any room to talk considering many of the people you replied to with “dwarfed” or “m e l t d o w n” probably felt insulted.
 We all know that posting on this board can lead to people ragging on you; in this case “nzmusclemonster”  knew that before he even hit the "Post" button.

This board is full of people cracking on each other, and you know what? 90%+ of the people think it's funny as hell. Such attacks are entertainment. There are plenty of "gentler, kinder” boards out there for anyone who is willing to look, but the truth is, they aren't 10% as entertaining as this one.

I called you professor because your post came off like you were above us “primitives”, and although in some of your posts you might act a little more civilized, in others you are right at our level, banging bones over peoples heads.


  Telling people that they need to act their age is not an insult, it's sage advice. I don't think I hurt any feelings with my "dwarfed" and "meltdown" comments. ;D If I hurt your feelings, I apologize.  :D

what if i said i can curl 100 pound db in each arm, does that sound like alot because i will post that also. guess im just strong for a 21 year old, people like alexx make me laugh with their normal lifts and try and play them up in every post and dont prove shit.

I am a natural and can probably curl that weight you little whiny homosapasian!

seated shoulder press of 350, yes i did it yesterday, i am going to videotape it and i will post it here if i can, if i do this i want you to admit you suck cock, and i am 21, and another unbeliveable thing is im natural, not fucking with you, im sure until i post the video i'll get grilled but when i do post it i guess their will be no doubt

ok now that it's all good...

I'm about to go to the gym and work back and shoulders again. My strength is kinda down from the cutting i did but my dumbell shoulder presses are at their strongest. 60's 6 good reps. When i work back first and at the end i do reverse pec deck followed by presses, followed by lateral raises it's making my shoulders look much better in a back double biceps. The posterior delts are finally coming up. I'm resting my 6 eggs, 2 packs of oatmeal, 4 oz milk shake before i go hit the weight hard. what kinda dumbells do you press superstar?

jeez i'm not sure! i mainly do bb on military but i'll do them on incline, and i work up to the 150's :-\
