Seems regular folk drop dead

Maybe where you live, they drop dead a 50 years of age. This is not the case where I live. My neighbor is recovering from a torn Achilles tendon. He tore it when skiing on Mt. Hood. He is 74 years old. In the summer, he and his wife go kayaking.

Currently I am hitting the weights and doing cardio 4-5 times a week. I am 75 1/2 years old.

old age is temporary

60 this year

still 3x a week

That's because people die.  In my mid-60s now.  When I can train it is 3 to 5 times per week.  If genuine full on Mentzer-level wacko H.I.T. once or twice a week is enough.

I can honestly say that when in "shape" I am better than many teenagers but the damning caveat is that many teenagers are out of shape fuckwits.   ;D

So then.  How do I impress the mature babes?  I present them with the "illusion of mass".  In other words I wear between 10 and 15 shirts at a time. ;D

I call this the "Wench Shirt". ;D

You’re an anomaly though. Not many dudes with genetics like you.

I use a hashtag that I think I made up on most of my IG posts although I’ve been forgetting to add it. Anyway, it’s #fuckfathertime

I’m a little over 151/2 weeks out from my “warm up” show and a little under 19 weeks until the Nationals. Have no plans on letting up anytime soon

63 in a month. just got blood work back, even the doctor was shocked. perfect numbers, cholesterol was 112, trig, 114, LDL was 54. im very happy with my numbers, on 75 mgs of test once a week for 4 years, feel fantastic.
in the gym, forgetabout it. still kicking ass, 1 minute rest between sets, 50 minute workout, drenched in sweat. i fucking love this lifestyle. i have been doing this for 40 years now, not going to stop till i croak. did have a nice shoulder injury 4 months ago, which sucked.
ended up getting a chortizone shot in the shoulder, started rehabbing on my own, just one plate on the bench for two months. now 4 months later, im back at 315 for reps.

still look nasty. 260, bald head, walk with a swagger. still getting looks from my powerlifting build. BUT, cant squat, can barely walk some cold mornings, heavy squatting in my 30s was probally not the best idea for me. but i do use the treadmill at the gym.

Early 50s here. But I'm constantly mistaken for being 32. This requires a Spartan diet (no carbs after noon) daily 60 minute cardio sessions, relentless weight lifting 5 days per week, mostly bodybuilding with some powerlifting mixed in. Ab work is 6 days per week. I carry less than 10% bodyfat year round and pride myself on constantly being "photoshoot ready". I am also very handsome and I retain this through Facial Yoga, exfoliation and Retinol anti-wrinkle cream. I have all my original teeth and I keep them "game show host white" through constant brushing and the use of whitening strips. Full head of hair I have managed to keep through a regimen. Bottom line is I look like a million bucks and I also happen to have a 9" donkey dick that MANY women have become addicted to. So there you have  it.
