Early 50s here. But I'm constantly mistaken for being 32. This requires a Spartan diet (no carbs after noon) daily 60 minute cardio sessions, relentless weight lifting 5 days per week, mostly bodybuilding with some powerlifting mixed in. Ab work is 6 days per week. I carry less than 10% bodyfat year round and pride myself on constantly being "photoshoot ready". I am also very handsome and I retain this through Facial Yoga, exfoliation and Retinol anti-wrinkle cream. I have all my original teeth and I keep them "game show host white" through constant brushing and the use of whitening strips. Full head of hair I have managed to keep through a regimen. Bottom line is I look like a million bucks and I also happen to have a 9" donkey dick that MANY women have become addicted to. So there you have  it.

Interesting story.

I’m waiting for you to catch coronavirus at the grocery store bathroom glory hole.

The corona virus is airborne, so I suggest you hold your breathe while you wait because you'll be waiting for an eternity either way.  ;)

You are right, it is not technically an airborne virus. However, the virus does travel in air which is contaminated with the virus.

"The new coronavirus spreads mostly through person-to-person contact within about a 6-foot (1.8 meters) radius, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). People with COVID-19, which is the disease caused by the coronavirus, spread viral particles through coughing and sneezing. The particles can land in the mouths or noses of those nearby.

....the virus is not thought to spread via smaller droplets that can remain airborne for long periods of time."

The bottom line is because this is a new virus, there is a lot science doesn't know about it yet.

Lots of people thrive without exercise in their 50s because they have not gone to the gym or been running.

No knee problems, no shoulder problems, no tears, no strains, no years of steroid abuse etc.

The more you train, the worse off you are.

62 here. I hit the gym 4x a week as does my wife. Life is good.

Why would someone be on a bodybuilding site if they don’t lift? You feckers think you’ll get this by osmosis?

Genetics and some drink and smoke. Think you got to workout as you get older, not stupid shit that will cripple you but enough to keep you feeling good. All about quality of life.

This is a bodybuilding site for spectators of bodybuilding and muscle worship, not training. And this is the Gossip & Opinions board.

Why?

I'm pretty sure you will feel even better not working out.

I'm 50 and still top 10% in my gym. If you live in a western country, 70 should be a given with the minimum effort. Of course shit happens at every age. But modern medicine keeps most people alive long after they should have expired
