Jackson is an old man with no legs who was gifted the runner up spot. Bonac has genetically unfortunate proportions which should realistically knock him out of the Top 5. I'm not sure why the judges or whomever the powers that be decided to gift those 2 buffoons with the top spots but I call BS. Ramy ladies and gentlemen is your real winner.

Ramy had the least impressive conditioning in that top 3. Bonac > Dex > Ramy was right. Ramy wasn't a huge disappointment, but he didn't "wow" us in the thong this year

Ramy did not compete at all in 2019. He took the entire year off to re-energize his body and to make improvements. He even hired Ronnie Coleman’s former guru to get him into top shape.


From my vantage point, Ramy made zero improvements and his conditioning was not great.


Adding insult to injury, he got his ass handed to him by a midget and a 50 year old man.

Compare Cutler to Ramy. Condition and calfs aside and Jay doesn't have much over Ramy.

There where times however when Cutler was off and looked just as soft as Ramy, but was still given the win (2007 anyone). He even beat a younger, fresher, better Dexter that day.

Whenever Ramy competes, conditioning suddenly because the most important judging criterion, so much so that judges disregard size, symmetry, proportion, and every criteria for which Ramy is the superior bodybuilder. Whenever he isn't in the show it becomes a size game. It's like the judges insist on punishing him for not being perfect in every way.

I watched the entire prejudging and im sorry not a single competitor really impressed me. They all have a similar, really odd look...i cant put my finger on it. But i dont like it.
