I know I've caught colds etc from the gym before, I'm not taking any chances

I haven’t stopped going anywhere.Granted I haven’t been to the gym in about a month as I’m training in my buddies basement.But I still go out to eat and go to prob the worst place of all the casino.if it’s gonna get me it will.If you are destined to burn you won’t drown.

sometimes I am afraid to go to the gym because of coronavirus. Those days I do 100 posts on Getbig as a gym substitute.

Wash your hands with alcohol and wipe the machines down before and after use... You should already be doing this. If so then there is no risk from machines.

These viruses don't survive long outside the body.

Sorry I should of said that the degree of infection from surfaces is not great after a short time.

I read the 9 day study, that study is a summary of 22 other studies 9 days is the "up to" figure from the coronavirus family it assumes optimal surface, temp humidity conditions etc. whilst it's possible that the virus can survive days on a surface transmission gets less and less likely.

none of this matters if you wipe surfaces down with alcohol as this deactivates the virus.

It's actually been a golden age. I have noticed a lot of the lowlifes that make my gym miserable typically are mia so it's wonderful.

No, it’s stupid and people are panicking over little. I have over 150 HS students per day if I’m going to get anything cold or flu related it would be there. Even if I (or anyone else) did, take some NyQuil stay home for a day or two then get on with your life.

7.8bil on this earth and 3000 deaths mostly in other countries and even that is mostly with the elderly and people with compromised immune system. If they caught just about anything they’d be in trouble.

Again...it’s fucking stupid

You have a bigger chance of a staph infection in a hospital than you do dying of a fucking beer virus
