Still going to the gym and work. Less and less people at the gym each day. 4500 people work at my place of employment. So, it is hard to avoid contact with others.

Push ups, pull ups , dips and free weights at home the last 4 years.🙃

Yesterday I worked back. Today shoulder and triceps. Gym was fairly busy yesterday.

Trained legs today and am feeling content. There wasn’t many people at the gym which I love. I touched my face a lot less as I am trying really hard to break this habit.

Interesting about you trying hard not to touch your face. It is a habit. One which we apparently share. I too have been making a conscious effort not to touch my face. Just to be safe, I sanitized my fingers which are exposed above my gloves a couple of times during my workout today using the gym's wall mounted sanitizer dispensers. Fortunately, the gym wasn't too crowded and there's a fair amount of space between the equipment so I didn't find my self being very near the other gym goers.
