X2. Those with some cash will be able to sustain it. Most of the municipalities in my area are shut or partially shut for permits etc. Keeping work going is a bitch when you can’t do the work. Little things like that start to add up.

The poker room at the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa just announced it was closed until further notice. The struggle is real.
