A few pictures of my gym. It has two sides. I have a table that I can quickly make dumbbells up to 75lbs and for weights higher I have hex dumbbells. I'm missing some pictures of other equipment.

Props ironbrother. You got yourself a Temple right there.

Good gym, I like that you haven't squeeze too much stuff in there, looks spacious.

Nothing like a drumkit for cardio  :D

robcguns. yes i have owned a gym for a long time recently ( bout 5 years ago) sold the building. got tired of the day to day stuff. we ( wife and i) moved . i have a nice garage gym with plenty of stuff in storage as i said. we have cardio stuff in the house with a small "paramount fitnerss trainer" gym. ( kinda like a universal but doesnt have as many stations) and we have a tanning bed too.  wife likes to work out in the house. lol.  i have machines mostly now since i will be 60 in may its just easier for me to pop a pin in and out and i feel it more in the muscles. plus its safer and not as hard on the joints etc. heres a few pics

this is just a few of the pieces i have in  my home gym. its nice and private i can train when i want how i want and as long as i want without distractions. ii always trained at home even when i owned a gym  . i couldnt work out people always asking why i was doing this if i could help them with that etc. so i did my home up and trained there . never thought about gyms ever having to close down. smh.

Lol that's what my daughter did.  And she sat there and counted my reps... Then she and my 3 year old boy started talking to me and making me laugh during my sets.

Its a good change because in all honesty I very rarely train with free weights in the gym. Mainly do machines. So this is forcing me to do a lot more with dumbells now.

I've been slowly transitioning to solely machine workouts and while they are good for safety/less injuries, they never quite give you that deep burn felt with free weights. I'm not saying they're not effective, they certainly provide appreciable results, but free weights do give you a deeper stimulation of muscle (at least in my experience). Unfortunately, I find that free weights also lead to more injuries, especially when coupled with bad form.

How many cans of tuna do you have in stock? Those weights aren’t going to help you without the protein.

Here are the ones I got, I went with those because of the high number of positive reviews:

They've actually exceeded my expectations and have provided a pretty good pump for flies and heck even things like squats... But definitely could use some more resistance in some of these movements.  I'm almost tempted to order a second set just to double up and have more resistance, but not sure if shit will start breaking then lol

Thats pretty much why I switched, to avoid injuries, but I have been pleasantly surprised to see that I'm still getting stronger and bigger despite being in a caloric deficit or just around maintenance for some time now.

5 of the 5 am regulars join me - just as we used to work out 5 am - just now we are meeting same time at gym parking lot like we used to - doing more bodyweight stuff - etc

The sandbags and water cans - we have DB we carry along - we are going to make this work.

I have a lat-pull down setup in my garage along with a verticle bench press machine and some free weights.  I've trained there for nearly 28 years now.  Sometimes I train at a gym but mostly at home.

I can no longer handle any kind of real weight but as I used to tell people when I was younger, if it's heavy to you, then it's heavy.

Big Ach's Nose has been classed as a bio weapon by the CDC today, they found 4 strains of corona during expeditions in 1 of his nostrils, 1 from day 1 of the outbreak, leading them to believe it was sniffed up shortly after patient zero first ate a bat and became symptomatic. The ability of his nose to sniff up the virus in Wuhan, while located in Florida, has led authorities to believe it has the power to alter air currents on earth on a greater scale than previous thought.

My nose is so big, the Pentagon has asked people to shelter in place inside of it!  8)
