Crazy to think that the majority of the strongest people in the world can't even do 3 pull ups lol

True it's better to be all around. I want to be able to run and do other athletic things. A buddy of mine has a huge bench but is chubby and couldn't beat a chubby soccer mile in a half mile run.

Powerlifting has a history with these boy wonders that usually do great at the squat, but fizzle out early (many times due to health related problems). I hope he keeps an eye on everything, and not just his numbers. That being said, fantastic lift.

Mindblowing lift, to be sure, but his obesity, plus the gear, isn’t doing him any favours.

Do you think people watch TOUR DE FRANCE and say "yes great rideon that bike, but Im worried about the long term effects on their drug usage!!!!"

Would hate to spend even 5 minutes with any of you guys IRL

Cant watch anything before some of you would commetn "well that cant be healty!"

Why would a grown man make that comment? EVER?

dont forget how young he is, very raw still. He will bring up the bench and dead.
