Here's some advice kid: Stay off of GetBig because you contribute NOTHING, stay away from bathtub gear from Uncle Z, buy some protein and hit Planet Fitness. You'll find their dumbbells are sufficient for your types plus they're pink. Stay on Instagram and Facebook where the other uneducated serfs are and where you belong.

Been decades since I was a teen. Get my trt from doctor now. Competed and won (albeit smaller and one state) contests.
