How about just stay what you were born? 
I mostly agree. I believe one of the reasons people seek these changes is because they can. There was a time when people lived out their lives being the gender they were born to, including those born with aspects of both genders.
The same thing can be applied to most plastic surgeries. For example, some people seek to modify their appearance/features to look more like what is currently considered the ideal and other people seek to change into something freakishly different from how most humans appear. I would still have a receding chin if the doctor hadn't recommended an implant. Looking at before photos, I didn't really look that much different before than after. My friends and family probably would never have noticed a change if I didn't say something about it. It was definitely a case of doing something because I could. It cost me almost nothing, took like 10 minutes to do and it healed within a few days. One thing is knowing when to stop. Michael Jackson was an example of someone who continued making cosmetic changes until he barely looked human.
