Women are more attracted to height, a full head of hair and a cute smile than they are with muscles. As they get older money is the most important thing to them. Most women are very vain and don't want a man that gets more attention than they get.
I agree that resources are the most important thing. I'd boil down female attraction to men as relating to these traits:
looks/status/money
Looks can be broken down to include facial attractiveness as well as height/hair/teeth.
I ruin my social status by being a Neo-Nazi, but social status is something that you can change if you want. I'm not so sure that a man could be exonerated socially if he molested children...but I do think that being "racist" is forgivable - especially in an age where anything and everything is racist.
I don't think most women REALLY care when I say that Indigenous or Black people commit more violence than White or Asian people. It's similar to saying that men commit more violence. It's more of an observation than anything else.
I do think women care about men who are in shape, but I also think that as long as you aren't incredibly skinny or incredibly fat, it's ok. For example, the photos below are the same weight I am now [in the range of 170-lb, or something close]. I'm just a bit fuller and harder here than I am now. It's nice to be in my best natural shape [and sustainable], and I do think it helps with women - but as long as you have resources/money, I think you will do fine with women.
I also know that we always talk about how women love "confidence", but I think it's more a matter of competence.
