On April 6, 2020, the Southern District of Florida issued an Administrative Order stating that all criminal trials scheduled to begin on or after March 30, 2020, are continued until July 6, 2020, due to COVID-19.  On April 13, 2020, Judge Dimitrouleas issued an order rescheduling the US v. Braun, et al. trial to begin on October 26, 2020 at the following address:

Trial Date:                       October 26, 2020, 09:00 am

He's not getting any prison time...house arrest if anything because of rona but even without it, he still wouldn't get any jail time as he was out from Blackstone for a long time.  Feds were lucky to get a deal, he could have fought it and won but its cheaper to pay 200k

What possible bearing does this have on the situation? The RICO statute allows the government to seize any and all assets which were gained due to criminal activity. Best case scenario, once convicted of the criminal charges, the feds will go after Deadcon because it was built on the money "earned" by Blackstone. You watch, you will see Aarogent and his old lady divorce in a window of time which (they feel) will allow her to keep 1/2 the marital assets and when he gets out he"ll start over. I doubt that will work.

Lets look at assets . . . They blow money on a big live style, so how much equity is in the house? Leased vehicles . . . zero equity. Massive legal bills cut into your cash as well. With GNC going bankrupt, that's one major revenue stream drying up and once convicted with the Blackstone criminal indictments, other major accounts will walk - associating with a criminal is not good for corporate growth.

Keep in mind one individual was charged and talked and the other two ( guaranteed ) are telling the Feds EVERYTHING they know about each other. What did pj and aarogent say around their partner in moments of candor when all was going well and they were sitting around?
