Optimum Gold Standard (natural) Whey.  They only have strawberry, they discontinued their vanilla and chocolate flavors, which was dumb.  Their natural casein protein is still made in vanilla and chocolate.  Bodybuilding.com runs sales and gives coupons all the time... they must be doing poor business.

Amazon prime hasn't meant much prior to the virus. I was getting "next day" packages days later. The response is always, sorry to hear that. That's it. What's the point of paying for a service you get 50% of the time? Using them less and less.

I had it out with Amazon just yesterday..............s ent me a defective Firestick.............re placed it,told me to return the crappy one.....forgot what with all my medical shit going on............FUCK YOUR FIRSSTICK MY LUNG CANER TAKES FRECEDENCE..... was only late by a lousy week..............they then proceeded to say if not received by June 30th, they were gonna deduct 50 bucks from my bank account.

Told them if they fuck with my account I will sue them.........sent back the defective one and paid $12.98 for shipping.
Called them back told them my 12.98 better be in my account by Friday cuz they are rich,and I am poor and I never ordered a DEFECTIVE Firestick............... ...why should I pay for something that doesnt work when I bought a new one for goods money.

All the proteins mentioned stink. Here's the best protein supplement I found in 40 plus years of buying this crap.  Go to BJ's and find Fairlife Protein bottles. 30 grams of milk based protein in a 11.5 oz bottle. It's inexpensive in the store but expensive on Amazon. It's truly lactose free if protein powders give you a stomach ache and farts. So many proteins on the market flat out lie about being lactose free. No regulation or monitoring of supplements. They lie like a rug.  The best part about it is the taste. It actually tastes like you went to a gourmet ice cream parlor and said give me a shake. It tastes that good.

That's actually true, all they do is flavor, sweeten and color it differently.  Lots of bogus marketing too.
