I have considered going to Rwanda on a number of occasions but it would be more of a vacation home if anything.   Also Port Louis in Mauritius as well is something I would consider but Rwanda would be the likely choice.   I used to consider Morocco but they aren't doing well for LGBT rights although I would go there if I had a warrant as there is no extradition treaty.

Rwanda for the most part is stable, same sex is legal although not marriage or civil union, official language is English and French which I can speak both, and I have a lot of business opportunities.

We cannot exclude ANY of those groups and still hold our heads high as americans. You see, the great diversity of this nation is something we can afford to have, its almost a sign of pure opulence to have such incredible diversity.

The thing is, we have to learn to live together. That isnt easy.

I have debated the idea of a dictator after seeing Russia prosper so much with Putin at the helm but eventually you run into 2 big issues- #1 its always a gamble if the dictator you receive is benevolent and wants his nation to prosper #2 our founding fathers were a lot smarter than me and this country is doing fine as was the way they envisioned it.

So no, I would not like to see Trump or anyone else remain in power as a dictator or any such thing. Its also not Trumps problem to solve, its ours. We need to get along, not be forced to. Thats not the governments role in my opinion. Maintaining our currency protecting our borders and ensuring businesses can freely make money is about all i ask of my government to tell you the truth.

Mauritius population is 70 percent Indian, followed by Creoles and whites, many from South Africa.

Mauritius has a very low tax rate, only 15 %.

LoL you guys are quick. Nothing provacative just trying to get a 240v pool pump working again here at the house. My friends 53 year old son moved back in and has a bug up his ass to fix everything and has no clue how to do anything.  I have spent the better part of 3 days crawling under the house trying to find the short knowing damn well its probably buried under the patio and that the only way to get shit working again is to run new wire but I have been humoring my friend who is insistent that its probably "a loose wire nut" and if I could just find it...so i have enough 10 and 8gauge on hand to do whatever if only my friend could make up his mind YES he wants the pump working. Im going to start suggesting we do this the right way while nodding my head up and down. Its pretty effective actually.

I'm no sparky but I'm sure there's diagnostic devices you could hire which will tell you the integrity of a run of wire. I'd be inclined to macgyver a multimeter. Stretching the probes with attached wire would let you check connectivity over a longer distance.

Red and black actually. I know there is a short in the red wire i do not know where the short is. The wire is about 130 feet long and 70% is inside iron conduit buried several feet beneath concrete.

Anyway the son is a much bigger problem for me but thats neither here nor there. Im looking for the means to move out as quick as possible.

Cool, just seems odd unless it got damaged while the patio was getting built or something. If you can draw it through just tie a strong string on Real Good and drag it out. Then the string drags the new one back through.

Pullback and review of global supply chain reliance with the key aim on risk reduction, not cost.

We are seeing the exact opposite of globalisation, a retraction of the global tenticles.

We are seeing a rise of country independance, a retraction of treaties.

We are seeing countries that took in immigrants of who did not blend into the local culture now getting cruzhed under that weight as not only do they now have to carry the economic burden of non-productive immigrants but also the issue of their local workforce being unemployed.

Sooooo..... ummm...... pretty much the exact opposite of globalisation....
