He shouldn't even be charged, its a lawful killing of a criminal, still sad, but if your going to resist and behave and threaten a situation like that, the only outcome can be death and as instantly as possible. Cops don't get paid enough to chance being tazered and hope the criminal doesn't kill them while they're down .
