I eagerly look forward to seeing how the court case plays out. From every piece of video I've seen this looks like self defense to me. It doesn't matter what he said or did prior, you have a group of people repeatedly beating you after you've attempted to retreat 2 or 3 times. Any person would be in fear of imminent death or serious bodily harm and well within their rights to draw and shoot. Self defense all day.

good post. hiding behind a skateboard as a cover to knife the guy. A knife is fast & can be used at any angle. The guy did the correct thing he wasted the punk piece of shit. Anyone who supports the the knife thug is just as bad. funny they are blacks on here

I said he'll get charged which he was....didnt say he would be convicted as he'll likely take a plea deal that gives him no jail time. He did after all got his ass whooped with skateboard.

But he could have avoided this by not charging into a crowd of people...Perhaps he never watched the movie Zulu ...

Yes, it's self defence, but it's where his head and intentions were at before that. He went with a loaded gun knowing he would put himself in a confrontational situation.

If he was stood on the side of the road and they came and confronted him then he would have nothing to worry about. As it stands I don't think it will end well for him.
