There is quite a resemblance.

"Torrez said that under New Mexico law, a person cannot claim self defense if they are the first aggressor."

 ??? ??? ???

If this is true then i owe vince an apology.

But how can that be? Surely the severity of the situation must make all the difference? Crazy.

They'll charge the shooter with something but not for defending himself by shooting the ninj-a-ntifa.

The ninja escalated the threat level by using a deadly weapon when he pulled the knife.

For me, that due hitting him with a skateboard was enough.  Never mind that you had 3 people attacking 1 guy for fucksakes.

You could claim he was the first aggressor, however he had left the scene, they pursued him, attacked him and threatened to kill him, all on camera. So who was really the aggressor at that point?

If they had killed him would they have been charged?

Has any of them even been arrested?

Him shooting one of them doesn't excuse the others behaviour.

What has this taught you? You commit violence, you get your way.  They are telling us that violence is the answer. Mob violence and the government caves.

Here is a great video on the nature of power.  Very relevant to what's going on there days.  It's why the left always seems to get their way.

Right wing Americans need to get comfortable with violence again.

I agree with the video. Thanks for posting it. I'm a fan of Devon Stack.

The right needs to be oblivious to the labels racist, sexist, etc... Those are thought crimes. When used, the right should never even acknowledge that they were said or heard. The right is always on the defense. "I'm not racist, blah, blah, blah ". Matt Gaetz is the latest. "See, here's my adopted Hispanic son. I'm not racist now, right?" It's embarrassing.  Then they always say, "The democrats are the real racists." "KKK Robert Bryd was a Democrat. See? It's you guys, not us". Always on the defense and playing the other side's game which they'll never win. The left hates the right no matter what but the right continues to cede ground to the left.

The media will never be unbiased towards the right. Remember the 2017 event called "Unite the Right" in Charlottesville Va.? Different factions of the right came to Virginia to show strength and solidarity. Antifa was there. Protests, etc. A guy supposedly on the right with the last name Bloom, for whatever strange reason, drove his car into a crowd killing 1 person. The media has harped on what they labeled "Charlottesville" to this day as "white supremacist", "Nazi", etc... and a blot on our nation. The right cowers and hides.

Compare "Charlottesville" to the riots which the media calls largely "peaceful". Numerous people killed, including cops. Scores of assaults, injuries, multiple cities burned, businesses destroyed, racial attacks, vandalism, looting, takeovers of parts of cities... The mayor of Seattle called "Chaz" or "Chop" the "Summer of Love" and the media agrees. The vandalism of six city blocks, lawlessness, armed warlords, rapes, etc.... is likened to Haight-Ashbury flower-children hippie gatherings. The media writes articles like "What kind of society values property over black lives?" justifying burning city blocks and leaving out the murders committed by rioters.

In January, people couldn't even dream of the Covid lockdown, the riots etc.... No one would be able to tell how it would all occur if they were asked in January how the economy would collapse and dozens of cities would burn in a few months. They'd be confused. Same thing with detailing how a US Civil War will go down. The right is still comfortable but that could change quickly like everything seems to be doing and things will just happen. In that event, it wouldn't be hard to imagine the major new centers like CNN, NBC...  made nonfunctional so they could no longer demoralize the right and promote propaganda. Some might argue that would counteract the need for a Civil War. The rioters almost did that already to CNN in Atlanta.

Goodbye Antifa: AG Barr Creates Task Force to Take Down Far-Left Extremist

Quote
"The Department of Justice will respond to these violent groups in the same way we respond to other organized criminal or terrorist networks — by disrupting their violent activities and ultimately dismantling their capability to threaten the rule of law."
"I am today directing the creation of a task force devoted to countering violent anti-government extremists,"
"The ultimate goal of the task force will be not only to enable prosecutions of extremists who engage in violence but to understand these groups well enough that we can stop such violence before it occurs and ultimately eliminate it as a threat to public safety and the rule of law,"

Lol....there is no organization structure...even if they were they would have the same designation as the KKK and other domestic organizations under the first amendment

Point being, laws are in place already to arrest people for criminal activity...waste of time

Of course there is. You think these college kids are actually working to find this themselves? They’re being funded in part by rich where Democrats which also means they probably have a treasurer and the funds get directed accordingly. The “Antifa” is also trademarked

What...Did you recently find a law degree diploma in a box of Cracker Jacks or perhaps you just printed one off the interwebs?

Look, I may not be smart but I am not retarded so quit being retarded.  You are not this dumb.  Neither you nor anyone else here knows the workings of the DOJ.
