Do you notice any health benefits with that type of diet?

i had trigger finger in both little fingers for around 3 years, its almost gone.

I just feel a lot better overall, I started it to reduce oxalates due to kidney stones, read up on oxalates, they are poison

2/3 eggs. 3 slices bacon 4 sausage
tub cottage cheese
large tub yogurt
3/4 steak burgers

so basically a keto diet

I your only source of carbs is yogurt and cottage cheese I'd guess you're under 50 grams of carbs most days.

if Im eating carbs its not keto, I would say around 80gms carbs average, there is sugar in the yoghurt, its the only high fat yogurt I can find, 99% of yoghurt these days is low fat

depends on whether you're in ketosis or not
Probably not if you're eating 80 grams a carbs per day

I use this suff which has 6 grams of naturally occuring sugar per cup

I use this cottage cheese which also has 6 carbs per cup (and almost twice the protein as the yogurt)

trying to stay in ketosis whilst eating 150-200gms of protein is damn near impossible, your body breaks down the protein to glucose anyway and takes you out of ketosis

I dont ever count anything on this diet, I just eat when I  feel like it, I never have breakfast, I eat about 4 hours after I get up.
Im never feel like eating in the morning so the "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" shit always had me thinking I had to eat first thing, I do everything instinctively now, sometimes I go all day without eating if I dont feel like it.
I do have to be careful though because I seldom get very hungry, I could go days without food if I wanted to, I know its not good for my goals though.
