Lincoln County has 0.9% African Americans which amounts to 449 people out of 50,000. This just makes the decision to allow them to forego wearing a mask due to possible racial profiling ludicrous. If anything, the resentment over their not wearing a mask when pretty much everyone else is mandated to is likely to create a problem.

It's only been a couple of days since masks were mandated and everywhere I go, almost everyone is wearing one. I fear for the safety of anyone not wearing a mask in public should they inadvertently sneeze or cough.
