Many years ago when visiting my brother that is in the movie business he asked me if I would like to me a movie star.  I said sure and later on I was introduced to one!  The gentleman was very nice and when he asked if I would like to take a picture with him, I replied, "No thank you.  I don't think any of your friends would know me and so don't wish to make it awkward for you".  Or something to that effect.

My brother said it took him and the movie star guy everything they had not to bust up laughing.  I later felt foolish but I meant well.
