Game, set, match.
Uh, Bob wins that pose and he is not even done hitting the shot.
1) His lats are fuller, more muscular. Look under his right arm and Rusty's for the best example.
2) While Rusty's pec's are harder, Bob's are rounder more evenly developed. Granted Rusty has more fibers at the confluence in the middle but Bob's are still more developed and symmetric left and right even if by a hair.
3) Rusty's biceps have more seperation between the brachialis and the long bone but you would be hard pressed to show that Bob's are any less thick.
4) Rusty's delts are capped and more round for sure.
5) Bob has better serratus poking through as he breathes in and up etc... to expand his frame.
6) Bob's abdominals / stomach region draw as if closer/ more suctioned to his retroperitoneum giving him a more flat coronal profile of the abdominal wall.
7) Bob has a more professional presentation and expression on his countenance.
Not saying it's a blow out, but I could just as easily make a case for Bob winning this pose as you do for Rusty. Anything else? Let's be fair.
