OT /Etal, I have been told that Reg trained beside Chuck Sipes in the old and original Muccle Beach 'pit' and that he was also a big tree lumberjack in his early 20's.

Funk, We used to have a family album full of old photos taken in and around those early day lumber camps ... but they are long gone now but can possibly still be found on the internet ....One of those photos was a shot of Sipes and my dad standing atop a fallen Redwood Tree.
