The irony of your statement is this.

During the 90s and especially after the death of Andreas Munzer, the non-Weider magazines swore up and down that bodybuilding would be more accepted by the mainstream and fewer deaths (and near-deaths) would occur, if only physiques like those of Milos Sarcev were winning Sandows.

The implication was that the current champion (Dorian Yates) was taking every thing but the kitchen sink and in ungodly doses; whereas "Mr Symmetry" was only taking a little somethin'-somethin' every so often.

Maybe it was the other way around.

It got to the point where Muscular Development morphed into "Muscular Development-Fitness-Health" and later into "All-Natural Muscular Development", vowing NEVER to put another anabolic-using bodybuilder on the cover again.

I like Milos as far as bodybuilding coaches go. He is open and says what he thinks. He is however not a guy who sits with his head in textbooks all day. That's why I just know he amassed those books behind him for the purpose of doing interviews like this

I think it was "Muscular Development-Fitness-Health" at the time, as it hadn't morphed into "All Natural Muscular Development just yet. I'm not sure if it's the one with his ex-wife, Ursula, on the cover from 1996.

Read the Bible again - “The wolf shall lie with the lamb”.  I had ALWAYS heard it and I was certain that I’d read it as well as “The lion shall with the lamb” - but someone just pointed that out to me.

Trivia - but that reminds me of an old co-worker who would brag af his genius in the game of Trivial Pursuit...Until my brother said “You do happen to do well at that game but your 10-15 pts from retard... Think about the name of the game and the definition of trivial”   Pretty sure they sparred that day and my brother either KO’d or choked submitted him.

MM this Lion Wolf issue really has some people freaked out (I’ve always thought it was lion as well but it could be as simple as something like worship songs referring to Jesus as the lion and the lamb).

Anyhow in the CERN thread I touched on the Mandela Effect and long story short there are sayings that we think are common (along with many other subtleties), the lion lies with the lamb, Darth Vaders “Luke I am your father”, Sally Fields “You love me, you really love me” aren’t what we thought they are (wolf/lamb, Vader says “No I am your father” and Fields says “You like me, you really like me”.)

The thought is whatever CERN is doing is changing timelines or crossing multiple dimensions. It’s pretty  out there but it’s also shocking how many of these moments we (and not everyone has the same recollections) have incorrect or miss remember.

I’ll be especially concerned when the Dorian vs Ronnie thread has Hulkster switching opinions.
