Nonsense. Many of the greatest powerlifters who ever lived were bodybuilders or trained like bodybuilders.
I just think it's funny that a fat juicer who decline benches 275 would try to act tough in a gym. My 60 year old dad can outlift you.
There's no acting tough, it's simply will, young man.
How much do you incline DB press?
Squat?
DL?
Powerlifters don't train like bodybuilders at all. The fact that you say that tells me you know exactly shit about the subject.
Tell me, do you bounce weight and think you've lifted it? Truly?
There are many people who can do that. That's not control.
My using AAS doesn't change my training. I was lifting for strength all along. This just means I can recover alot faster and I can burn out every muscle group once a week without the lag that a natural lifter has.
You sound like a hater to me. You would get the same treatment if you did blocked the DB rack. Nothing changes....
Not a problem, I'm an American.
On some days it's better to work out with powerlifters. They are a lot more disciplined with form and poundages. Everytime I work out with a powerlifter they're using smaller increments and working with a plan. Most bodybuilders would rather add 50lbs to the bar and use their spotter than add 10lbs and then do 5 or 8 clean reps.
On chest day, if possible I do the flat bench with one of the guys that is a powerlifter. Same with the other two big exercises.
Doc,
Give up flatbench for incline DB presses and see your chest development take off.
There is nothing like pressing up weight like that.
