And what about those "pullups". How about actually using your back and arms instead of your legs to heave up your body.I just don't see the point behind this kind of workout.
If this was some sort of sport-specific routine, I'm curious as to what sport they compete in. Speed free climbing ?Swimming?Beach volleyball?
