yea like things that can help in real life. ie curling isnt that functional. whereas squattin is. ie lifting with legs.chins pulling yourself up etc. pressing lifting things overhead etc
Hello Irish, I gotta disagree with you here (and perhaps just a bit of cdn shit disturbing after a rare night out) or maybe I'm everyday lazy, but the chins I do with a dip belt full of change, or the f'ing squats with 4+ plates on my back have yet to play a role in my 'real life' or perhaps they help me navigate it without me knowing. But hey, I could be wrong, as someone pointed out to me last night, 'what do I [you] know, [you're] I'm almost forty.'
