HE TRAINED FLEX, MIKE CHRISTIAN, GUNTER, AND MANY MORE BUT SO FAR NONE HAVE WON IT

actually i think when ronnie won his first olympia (98) charles glass was his trainer at the time

Charles Glass is one of the best, if not the best trainer out there! He's very knowledgeable about different angles, tension times and all sort's of different excercise's. It would be great if he put together a "how-to" video.

Will Charles Glass ever... train anybody to win a show... who is not already a pro? I think I'll see if I can help Derek Jeter field ground balls or maybe see if I can teach Jeff Gordon to drive.

Glass is a pro, but the guys who are top 5 don't really need him, they already know what works for them.

That's why they place where they place.

The best pros don't rely on gurus, except for a few tips......

The guys who need gurus REALLY NEED gurus.....which is why they place so low.

anyone notice how far forward he's holding the smaller arm in this pic..the elbow..yates used to do the same to give it the illusion of looking bigger..
