This is all very interesting. The reason given for the reversal is that he was denied protection against self-incrimination and that he cannot be retried on the same charge. You'd think his previous trial lawyers would have brought this up. Maybe they did and it had no impact on the jury's decision to find him guilty as charged.

Maybe the fact that Cosby is 83 years old played a role in the Supreme Court decision. It shouldn't have anything to do with his race.....he has enjoyed more 'white privilege' as a result of his successful career than many white folks do, (money buys privilege).
