Very interesting. It was a little tough to read.

Also, people could have large post counts because they enjoy posting, not due to lack of friends or other interests.

Those who are passionate about their goals are passed off as anti-social, I think getbig and other messageboards sometimes help to pass the time, you can also read up about the latest stuff in the industry.

I think it's an interesting point Lee made about "post whores".

Some might just enjoy doing it because it makes them forget the stresses of their daily lives.

Others do it to envelop themselves in their goals/field. It's much easier to surround yourself with bodybuilders on a message board than it is to talk about DC training with your family in the kitchen.

People who want to succeed prefer an atmosphere that encourages success. For me, that's eithe rhte gym, through friends who enjoy bodybuilding, or the net. The latter is really the only option of mine.

I'd rather be deemed anti-social because of my willingness to bodybuild and be successful as opposed to socially free, in which I communicate with friends who don't share my same interests while I'm not as passionate about my hobbies. Fun topic.

only a couple of my friends are interested in bodybuilding, let alone knowledgeable about the sport. I barely see the ones who do and that sucks. Frankly, I could talk about bodybuilding all day - with Getbig, I can talk about it with people who have been around the game longer than i have and know more about it than I do. Plus the pros chime in now and then and that's always pretty exciting

lee's an insecure, narcissistic, mentally unstable midget destined for a miserable life in his latter years- if he makes it.

this is his way (public publishing) of feeling good about himself as the forums are one of the few places that he can be brutally criticised.

unlike other normal people who would either ignore or just reply and give back the same, he goes the KK route.

only a mental hobbit would react with , what is BB forum's equivalent of ''oh yeah!'' ....i.e. show me your physique then....what does your daddy do...

can you imagine if pro boxers, basketballers, baseballers, footballers and other sports came back with ''at least i can dunk!'', ''i bet you can't hit a home run''..., my car's faster than yours....

and so on.

lee just grow up and you'll be fine.

Anytime an IFBB pro feels the need to bitch to MD about things said on the internet, you know it's gotten under his skin.

knowing what he grew up with, it isn't hard to see that he probably has some issues more so then the "normal guy"... That being said it is pretty funny to see him have a meltdown like this. But with all this being said maybe he is smarter then all of us. Pink boots, tatooed face, melt downs in mags. Maybe he understands that all of this will keep him in the "NEWS"...
