If these values are real, what you are experiencing is what's called a hypertensive crisis or emergency. Here's the exact definition of that diagnosis:
Hypertensive emergencies are diagnosed if there is a systolic blood pressure higher than 180 mmHg or a diastolic blood pressure higher than 120 mmHg with the presence of acute target organ damage (1-6).These kind of blood pressures can be deadly. If those are your real numbers, you should go to a hospital and get this evaluated. Either you need blood pressure medications (if not on them already) or your blood pressure medications need to be adjusted accordingly in order to provide you with better BP management.
Blood pressure in that range can be deadly, as it can lead to heart attacks and/or possibly strokes (hemorrhagic strokes to be more exact). Not to mention, that other end organs (eyes, kidney etc) can suffer from the effects of these kind of chronic elevated BP levels.
If this is real, you need to get this properly evaluated. Please do not take this as medical advice, I'm just a random GetBigger. Instead, take this as a sign of genuine concern from a fellow human being.
