So everyone asked for an update how is the recovery going what are my next plans will I do a show again am I going to bulk and bloat or try and stay lean. Well I have been eating less not having a big late night meal seems to help digestion overnight but weight is slowly sneaking back up regardless. Was sitting at 210 for a couple days hadn’t lifted then lifted the last few days and weight shot up today. Currently sitting at 219.4 around 8pm probably done eating for the night. Not trying to bulk or anything just eating and drinking regular. Will take sometime let weight stabilize and get back into training good try to make some hamstrings gains and then reevaluate around 240.
