Ran into these guys on the beach today. Stopped and talked to one who was down having some kind of heart attack informed me they were the Coast Guard. I thanked him for their service and told him how they needed to incorporate more curls for their guns into their workout.
I also found the fat commander guro who was in charge of the workout. He was older and not in the same kind of shape as the rest of them. They clearly needed my help so I stopped and explained a few Bhank tips to them.
