Here's a few of many bodybuilders doing the healthiest thing one can do, where it didn't work out so well for them. All of them having achieved the goal of being competition winning bodybuilders. A goal aligned with yours.
Mike Matarazzo (Died Age 48)He died on August 16, 2014, in Stanford hospital in Palo Altowhile waiting for a heart transplant.
