So you got that development from weighted sit-ups and sled pulls?
I started lifting when I was 14 as a Freshman in HS. I also was working w my dad at his construction company as a laborer hauling around heavy fng concrete bags, fence rolls, digging holes, wheel barrowing tons of dirt and crap all over. We lifted, ate like there was no tomorrow, from 14 - through and including my 20's. I was also a thrower in HS and College - hammer, shot put, discus and we lifted a ton for that too. Thats 9 years straight through puberty etc lifting heavy ass shit consistently.
Here is a pic when I was 17. 17 fng teen. Now since then, have been lifting consistently 30 fng years.
