ok banky hanky heres my workout from today--super easy for you cause you are much stronger than me, I mean my god im an obese canadian retard. Anyways
after a thorough warmup I did warmup squats then 3 x 5 x 275---no wraps, no sleeves no belt. More of a proper form get the weight going stay tight workout, nothing major. I mean damn, Im 12 years older than you, obese and worse. You can do 275 for 3 sets of 5 no problem Go get em hanky, youre the best and Im so weak.

Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts -- 3 sets of 8
weighted lunges--3 seets of 8
planks--4 times 30 seconds or so
