Even if you could somehow keep your back perfectly stiff In a standing barbell curl you can let the elbows go behind the back and drag the bar up close to the body reducing the leverage of the bar making it easier

Your "organization" allows you to initiate the movement (@ :19) with the shoulders then 'scoop' your elbows underneath.  I would not call that a strict curl.  Even you said that your curlfriend said to do that like a 'clean'.  A strict curl would mean you ONLY move forearms....right?

Training arms twice a week heavy is actually a painful difficult thing to do but I really am tired of arguing with you people about nonsense all day. I just want to post my workout and an update and then wait until the next workout. Instead it’s just all day negative energy and arguing about nonsense. You have a distended gut.  EVERY pic you take you're flexing.  Your pictures of squatting WITHOUT the belt show this.  Its not your "hernia", unless that hernia is the size of Kuato.   You don't push your diaphragm against your belt because that muscle doesn't have that action.  When that muscle contracts, it flattens and thus allows you to inhale.

I add a little bit of cardio and drop the soda and I get shredded if I added any of that shit I would fucking die  Also that stuff doesn’t make you lean it just speeds up your metabolism temp so you will waste away to nothing or eat twice as much it doesn’t make you big and lean. You guys act like I am just lean when I have 19 inch arms. I am also big. I am trying to gain weight for fuck sake.
