standing i do this back supported cable fly /press combo .i do 3 flye then 3 press i do 4 rounds per set ,,do 3 sets
i tried something new i saw video local pro do,,i did it on smith backrest set back a bit its like a real high incline narrow grip and touch top chest it hit inner too like he said,x4
