Eventually I am overtrained and start losing weight I have to take days off just to eat and let the weight build back up

Today is anorexia day.. tomorrow will be bodybuilding day and Sunday cane day.

BRUTAL !!

I like training on the clock - it keeps it moving and flowing.  I have a certain rep range I try to hit within the time frames.  For example - goal on the barbell rows is 12-15.  Goal on the swings is 25.   Goal on the tire flips is 5-6.   Etc. 

The first 30 - 45 min is slower and more typical hypertrophy/BB type stuff.   Its the last hour where I go for straight performance.

Wake up 4 am.  Put on coffee maker and have cup of coffee.  Take coffee to the can and take a shit.  Get dressed for gym.  Prepare pre-workout (Gorilla Mind - the best I've ever tried).  Look at phone, emails, etc.   Make sure phone is charged and headphones.  Take trash out.  Make sure have wallet, phone, keys, and change of clothes.  Leave house at 4:35 - get to gym by 4:50.  Walk in gym at 4:55.  Make sure have water.  Take hat off, put keys in gym bag.   5:00-5:10 am.  Warm up with light DB.   5:10-5:45 - hypertrophy supersets.   5:45-6:45 - circuit training.  6:45 - 7:00 - shower.  Get to work at 7:10.

I own my shit  :D     The routine works for me.   I like having a plan and executing on it.   I see so many hapless idiots in the gym wandering around in the gym doing total BS.  No plan, no agenda, no reasoning, no intensity.   Just some garbage sets of bench, bis etc. 

And they look like total crap year after year after year as a result.   This is what works for me.   If one has a better plan that works for them, awesome. 

When it comes to fitness and training 100% - I'm obsessive about it.  100% truth.
