What do you think squatting is going to do that you can not accomplish with other exercises? You know how many big squatters have shitty leg development? Its no all about how much you squat. I want to isolate and pump my quads not break my back and spine. Dorian didn't even do squats you fucking jackass Kali muscle does not do deadlifts yet Dorian had great legs and Kali has a great back. It's called bodybuilding not powerlifting. Your muscle absolutely gets stronger than your ligaments tendons and bones eventually you have to learn to preexhaust and use reps instead of just super heavy compound movements. But I ordered the attachment today. I looked for my old belt. I found the squat rack at the club. I did leg press. I am getting there don't you worry. But also fuck yes I have two fuckign hernias can I at least find my belt first

I was going to run a sub 4 minute mile today so I put on my sneakers, went out to the track, just didn't feel it, and walked instead.

Maybe tomorrow.

Bhanky won't let us down.

I was going to take a video of myself running a 4 minute mile just to show you up but I couldn't find my knee compression sleeve.  But I did that 20 years ago and yes I can absolutely run faster than all of you right now today.

That's what I thought until I checked. Of the two hernia's you have, the umbilical hernia is the one to watch closely because rather than heal they tend to get worse. An umbilical hernia is a tear in the muscle wall that holds your intestines in. If your intestines escape their enclosure, they can strangulate. Ignore this and you can kiss your ass goodbye.

A stomach strangulation in the hiatus may lead to malperfusion, gangrene and stomach wall perforation with subsequent mediastinitis and peritonitis which is also life threatening. Do these tears sew themselves closed? A careful diet can placate a hiatal hernia, the idea of having one's stomach ascend into their chest cavity via the a hole in their diaphragm is pretty frightening. You've outlined your diet several times. It seems clear you don't cater to your ailments....of which by your telling are many.

So, by all means locate your weight belt and pray that it does more than they are intended to do. Ring me up when those two hernias have self healed. Better yet, report it to medical science because it will be something of a miracle. You could actually become famous. Much better than being infamous as the guy who died claiming his hernias would heal themselves and got it wrong.

405 is not heavy I can squat 405lbs my legs are stronger than they have ever been. The question is if I want to risk blowing out my umbilical hernia for a getbig proof. I will give 315 a try and see how I it feels when my equipment shows up in a week or so. I was training to set the powerlifting state record in the bench press score I tore my pec I am a lot stronger get than getbig thinks

Does this look made up? Wtf are you talking about? Yes I have injuries fuck yes I am still strong. I had titanium bolts put in at 19 years old. I squatted 405lbs for 6 reps at 21 my legs are absolutely stronger now. But yeah I have bone on bone and sometimes fluid leaks out I get a painful bakers cyst and can barely bend the knee. Right now though I have no inflammation and my legs are getting stronger because I have been training smart.

Will you be able to squat 315 with the severe injuries? I think that will be a challenge.

Maybe try 225 for 8-10 reps.
