I have joint custody now I am also still fighting half a dozen and filing half a dozen modification motions and challenges and contempts and false allegations in court as I have been since the day my son was born it has been non stop litigation for 2 years

Brian, do custody battles start the day the child is born? Or is there a reconciliation period?

Also, have you ever thought about counter-suing? It’s a very long drawn out process.

Lastly, will you be lifting weights for back or only doing pull-ups?
Can you deadlift From the floor? 405? I doubt even when you were juiced to the gills.

I am 220lbs single digit bodyfat with an FFMI of about 28.5 I can move a lot of weight if I want to that doesn't mean I have to though if you don't think you can develop a strong back doing pullups you are an idiot. I also lift weights for my back I do rows and stiff leg deadlifts and shrugs I just don't do them the same day I do 100 pullups. But again my development speaks for itself all you idiots saying I am thin with no muscle lets see the mounds of muscle you have packed on with all your squats and deadlifts exactly

Technically it is unlikely not impossible. Be that as it may that is the ffmi calculator math based on my height weight and bodyfat. Most of these idiots who think I am weak also think I am 180lbs and don't even know what FFMI is much less what 28.5 means. Anyone who thinks someone with an FFMI of 28.5 is weak doesn't know wtf they are talking about. Just because I have learned after 20 years of lifting heavy and getting injuries I can lift less do more reps and get the same results now doesn't mean I am not still capable of doing heavy lower reps. These guys do not know what they are talking about.

We know 405 squat would crush you and 315 is highly doubtful at this point.

Can you do barbell rows 315? For reps I’m guessing no.

You use Steroids and do pull ups.

What development are you talking about? Your legs?

You claim you have injuries but never post anything about your injuries or x-rays or MRI’s you can’t keep your lies straight.

All I could do today is flex my arms a little because of low back pain, feeling better now though. Once in a while I get extreme low back pain from deadlifts

Looking forward to bhanks popping in here telling me i dont know anything about golf and how he would crush me when Ive played since I was 4 and was in greenskeeping for 15 years. But he will be in here to tell me that  ::)
