Barbell curls: 4-5 sets
Rope curls: 4 sets
Single am cable curls: 4 sets

Rope pressdown: 5 sets
Machine dips: 4-5 sets
Underhand pressdowns: 4 sets
Overhead extensions: 4 sets

Reverse cable curls: 5 sets
Wrist curls: 4 sets

Treadmill: 30 minutes

Great arm workout, most people skip forearms for some reason.

They skip forearms because you use them every time you pick up a dumbell they get plenty of training just doing everything else just like abs

I take it you never read Milo (Ironmind) and other hard-core Strength Journals?

That’s hardcore! Have you ever gotten it fixed? I’ve had one since college thanks to a leg day. It’s never gotten bigger or hurts when I lift but was thinking of fixing it for cosmetic reasons and if I ever had a medical emergency on vacation in a foreign country, I’d rather not go to the ER. I worry about it coming back after surgery
