Being fit is more than that though you can feel it like an extra spring and gear you have and I have that right now. It is amazing taking those 3 weeks off upper body and just riding my bike and doing some light leg work was the best decision ever. Before everything hurt now everything feels great a lot of my aches and pains are gone the stiffness is gone the spring in my step is back my motivation is high again. I feel like I am building up again instead of just breaking down.
