You are an idiot you can’t shoot shot into your arms and then workout there is a reason you stick to glutes. Also I have explained the math you can hit both flutas once a week that’s 5cc right there if you want that’s all anyone needs there is no need to ever pin anywhere else. You don’t want a lump or a hemotbia in your arms or delta those muscle groups are too small and too visible. You will hit something and not be able to train for a week

Of course you can, I know a former pro who always shot the bodypart he trained, that way all the oil dissipated during the workout and didnt just sit in the injection site

and the bolded bit explains the size of your ass cheeks

Hey man you want to shoot oil into your arms have at it I think that’s a horrible idea and he mentioned test suspension which we all know causes massive inflammation how the fuck are you supposed to lift anything with swollen inflamed painful inflammation??? Again I personally use 1- 2 cc once or twice a week when training and about once a week when not that’s it I use the flutes because they are a large safe muscle to hit anything else and you will have problems.  You want to take more less none whatever I don’t care. I have found no additional benefit after about 4-500mg a week. Honestly 300mg would probably be enough but yeah I think 4-500 is more than enough. I also see no benefit in site injections there is no science behind it. You are risking serious complications for something that doesn’t work. But fuck yes I know people do it and a whole bunch of other retarded shit. You can go higher but you will get tired of it and eventually wind up right back lower again anyway and it doesn’t do any more

I haven’t been 170lbs since I was 17 years old before I started lifting in college with a dining hall. I went from 175lbs to 205lbs in one semester with a dining hall I am nowhere near 170lbs nor will I ever be again unless I am 95 years old maybe

I will say I have been training so hard the last few days I am 220lbs now in the am instead of 225lbs so I do need to keep my calories up

Why not just train better naturally instead of taking drugs?  Your training needs a total revamp

Nov. 18th. 2022

Upper Body:

DB Flyes - 5 sets
DB Two-Arm Row - 5 sets
Lateral Raise - 5 sets to failure,followed by half reps to failure on each set
Seated DB Curls - 5 sets
DB Wrist Curls- 5 sets

Elbow is still fucked up but seems a bit better.

Next week I`m gonna` tape it up and double wrap it with sleeves and see if I can press or do triceps.....these sissy workouts are annoying but I`m very limited as to what I can safely do without further aggravating my elbow.

Then I will be competing in the 198lb weight class and only need a 163lb curl to qualify that would be great but no I weigh 220lbs right now I considered dropping but that’s a mistake I think eating and showing up full strength is a better idea. Regardless they weigh you in as your weight not your weight class determines your wilks score in powerlifting. So by all means tune in you can see exactly what I weigh and how strong I am or I am not  they don’t take my height though so you can still debate that right now I am 220 in the am so weight is good but will monitor as it gets closer as don’t want to go over or overtrain and go under 220

What I am saying is that there are far better ways to get to where you want to than how you are going about it.  The heavy sleds , especially backwards , help both quads and knee health.

I was in an unsanctioned exhibition show in Maui with no weight classes and 2 guys in the bodybuilding class. That is not competing I did my first NPC show stateside 2 years ago.

No fitness influencer or bodybuilding is lying to any of you if you don’t realize everyone takes supplements you are a retard. I said from day one I was on HRT I never said I hadn’t previously experimented with different things over the last 20 years. I even told you dumb ducks I had prescriptions for deca I am the only honest person on this board.

Tried a 150 lb curl in gym this AM since I was using the bar for 135 lb skull-crushers.
Very hard to do (for me) and cannot do it strict. Had to cheat. Doing it strict fashion is VERY strong IMO.

See this is where you are wrong.  You think, wrongfully and ridiculously, that you are the only person who trains hard (which you do not).   Your workouts are for teen bros - not men over 40.  I see teenage boys do this type of stupidity.  You hate and avoid hard ass work and try make up the difference with drugs.  NOT EVERYONE DOES THAT.     

Many here have tried to help you, but you are stuck in this cartoonish Flex Magazine mentality and not understanding why its not working any more.
